How do I book a date?

Please call us at 347-572-9938. A 50% deposit of the rental fee along with a signed agreement is required to book a date. Once an agreement and payment are received the date is officially secured on our calendar. 14 days prior to your event day you are required to pay the remaining 50% of your rental fee.

How can I schedule a site visit to the space?

You can reach us directly at ramedstudioseventspace@gmail.com or call us at 347-572-9938. Tours are conducted by appointment Monday - Friday 11:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 11:00am - 3:00 pm.

Is there any form of insurance necessary to reserve a date?

Yes, General Liability insurance is required for every event. Here's a company we recommend: https://www.theeventhelper.com/

General liability insurance is used to protect the insured involved in the event, against property damage or bodily injury caused by agents or employees of the insured. Our venue require special events insurance of no less than one million dollars and to be included on the policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

All payments made towards events are non refundable. There is a penalty of $250 for changing the date.

Are there any restrictions on vendors I can use?

You may use the vendors of your choice. We only ask that should you be using a caterer or event planner, you schedule an appointment for the vendor to visit our location prior to the event date.

Our security is the only security company allowed on-premises to monitor and secure events.

Do I need to hire an event planner or coordinator?

No, hiring a planner or coordinator is recommended but not necessary.

Am I responsible for clean-up?

RaMed Studios Event Space will clean the space before and after your event: sweeping, mopping, detailing the bathroom, and taking care of any necessary repairs.

In order to get your full security deposit back, you (or your caterer) must complete the following break down procedures immediately following your event:

All items brought into venue for the event must be offsite by the contracted time.

RaMed Studios Event Space table and chairs should be stacked and place as they were received the day of the event.

Outside vendors rentals/items must be offsite by the contracted end time.

The venue floor must be left in a debris free state with no puddles of liquid left standing.

All food/caterer related items must be in garbage bags and in the proper location.

Can I leave items or rentals overnight for next day pickup?

All items used during the event day are removed from the venue by the end of the contracted end time.

Do you provide any furniture associated with the space for rental?

We have an inventory that has tables/chairs that are either included or offered for rent.

Can I host cash bar events at this venue?

Cash bar events are not permitted at our venue.

What staff is provided on the day of the event?

A Venue Manager will provide you with access to the space the morning of your event and troubleshoot any infrastructural issues that may arise (plumbing, heating/cooling, electricity).

A Security Team will provide security on the premises.
